February's Cowichan Valley stats are out! Again, a very similar market to this time last year. Number is sales are down, average sale price is down slightly while active listings remain surprisingly similar.

Warren's Market Update:
While the number of sales in January came in hot, 83% higher (!) than in January 2024 (42 vs. 23), due to global uncertainty February sales numbers looked very similar to last February.
If there are aggressive interest rate cuts coming from the Bank of Canada, we could see a hot spring market. The Bank of Canada is scheduled to give us an update this Wednesday.
