Cowichan Valley Market Stats for the month of July are in and the market is HOT!

The COVID-19 recovery is in full swing with home sales back up to 2019 levels. Prices once again increased month-over-month and inventories remained low with high buying demand. For correctly priced properties, bidders are often engaged in multiple offer scenarios with sale prices over asking - A key indicator of a Seller's Market!

Cowichan Valley Market Stats for June!

The COVID-19 recovery is in full swing with home sales back to similar levels of 2019. Prices once again increased month-over-month and inventories remained low with high buying demand. I've changed the market to a "Seller's Market" from my first hand experience as I've been in the trenches battling for my clients in over 10 multiple offer scenarios (!) these past few weeks with most homes selling for over asking price.
